Ergon Asphalt & Emulsions Purchases Associated Asphalt Companies

Flowood, Miss. — Ergon Asphalt & Emulsions, Inc. (Ergon A&E) has purchased the Associated Asphalt family of companies (Associated), effective as of today, December 15, 2023. The acquired companies will continue to operate under the Associated Asphalt name.

Through its network of owned and leased terminal locations, Associated provides neat asphalt, polymer modified asphalt and emulsions to customers along the Eastern Seaboard. This acquisition positions Ergon to serve new markets and support and meet the needs of current and future customers throughout the Atlantic Coast region.
